Thanks for the reply, I should have included that it is a long list of
addresses to be printed. I do not want to have to sit and click the print
button on each and every envelope. As I understand MS Word, one can print
only one envelope/address at a each click of the "Print". If I am wrong on
this, please explain how to set it up to print envelopes continuously
from  list of addresses.
