I have XPpro & when I move something IN the picture, it glides nicely. I am 

repairing a COMPAQ computer,2.4Gb cpu, SATA drive,1Gb ram, top line unit. I've

installed XP pro & when I move something in the pix, it RIPPLES!  I've never seen this 

action. Has anyone had this problem & fixed it?? It's a weird function.
