1) Yes. But they NEED to match a folder name that is already there.
If the folder name that is already there has messages (contents),
the old contents will be deleted.  The best way is to create two new
folders, one in each computer. Use unique names that match.
Move the messages you want to transport to the new folder.
THEN move the full folder to the computer with the empty folder.
The key here is that MSOE must create the folder name to be able
to recognize and use it.  (You can't just "dump" folders into the
OE directory tree on the HD.)

Side answer:  If it has trouble finding your old contents, you may
have to search (or know where they are -- ask the old program
before hand) and point the new program to that directory to let
it find and use them.
