In word select view from the menu on top.  there should be a menu option
called toolbars.  If you click on it you will see the list of toolbars
underneath.  the ones that are check off should be the ones you have
already.  select the ones you need.  if that does not work, you may need to
put the office install disk in and choose a repair installation.
