I have cardfile installed from when I was doing some experimenting for
someone a while ago. Yes, it is called "cardfile.exe" and has a help file
called "cardfile.hlp". Both files are in my C:\Windows directory. Other
than that, I believe the only other files it needs are already installed by
a basic Windows installation.
