When Win95 gets frozen and I have to shut it down, when it comes
back up it goes though a scandisk.  When it does it waits for an
entry by the operator.  On one of my computers it takes no entry
from the operator - it starts and completes by itself.
What do I have to do to get all computers to work this way?

You could use TweakUI from Microsoft to change the boot setting to: without prompting.
Then it will run scandisk w/out asking for input.
