Hello Mick,

Microsoft has "Outlook 2003 Add-in: Personal Folders Backup" that will
create backup copies of your .PST files at regular intervals. It works with
Outlook 2000 and later versions. Get details and download it here:

Subject: [PCSOFT] Outlook backup

Hello

Having recently lost a lot of info/data from Outlook I've decided it's time
to get serious with back ups. I've always used the export function (to
excel) then stored that on a CDR. However it's too easy to forget to do that
:-)

Therefore my question is:

Is there a back up proggie that will back up all aspects of Outlook and will
do that every time the pc is booted or at regular intervals. Ideally I'd
like it to backup to a CDR or another PC on the network.

Any advise will be appreciated

TIA ... Mick
