Cindy,

It is not a good idea to install a program on top of one that is already
not working.  Uninstall/remove the old program first. Then download and
install again.  To remove the AIM: Start / Control Pannel / Add/Remove
programs / select the AIM and click ok.  Then you can download a clean
program.  In Win 98 it should default to C:/Programs automatically.  If
not select it.
