Far better for your purpose would be downloading PC Magazine's free End
It All, recommended by someone else on this list. URL is not given in
program. Perhaps poster who recommended it can give URL again. Using End
It All will do with one click what you are now doing with many.

I presume when you clear msconfig you are in Startup.
