Dear Michael,

You don't say which version of Word you are using, so I cannot guarantee the
results of the following tip:

Create a 1-row, 3-column table in Word at the location where you want the
two side-by-side tables. Select the Table and click on Format, Borders and
Shading. Select the Borders tab, and then select None for the border. Click
on File, Print Preview to verify that the border will not show in the
printed document.

Insert your side-by-side tables in the left cell and the right cell of this
table (yes, you can place a table inside another table in some versions of
Word).

Adjust the size of the middle cell in order to set the spacing between your
two tables.

split one table into two columns, since one of the tables has more data.
After creating one table, I try to space to the right, but it just takes me
to the next line below the first table.
