If you have winzip installed on your computer it would show up when you
click your start button. It would probably be just below Windows Update. If
not you can download it from it's site www.winzip.com. What this program
does is compress files to make them smaller and easier to send via e-mail,
icq, etc... I use the new Winzip 8.0 which has a built in Zip and Mail
option. If you send someone a file that is ZIPPED, they must have a program
that can decompress, or "UNZIP" the file. It's not really that hard to use.
When Winzip is installed it creates a folder in your C drive called
unzipped, which is it's default folder for the files that it decompresses.
So when you download occache.dll and then double click on it, Winzip kicks
into action automatically and opens the file into the unzipped folder. You
then go to that folder to run or install the program.
