Mark,

I use Power Desk 3.03a with Win95.

When you start to install Win2000 Pro, you first get a fairly
extensive report of software and hardware incompatibilities;
then the opportunity to quit the W2k install. When I did this,
my Power Desk 3.03a was not listed amongst the "incompatible"
apps.

I can't swear that it's 'compatible' though, because I haven't
installed W2k on my machine yet. It recommends a bios update and
memory upgrade for me so I'm waiting till I do that.
