I am a newbie at webpublishing, but maybe something that happened to me may be
happening to you. I upload my files by FTP. When I would upload a revised page,
nothing appeared to happen. Upon careful examination of the files list on the
host, I discovered that the new pages did not replace the old pages
automatically. I now delete the old page I am revising, then upload the new
version. Problem solved for me.
