I'm assuming that you want Internet Explorer to be the default browser. In
Internet Explorer, go to Tools | Internet Options | Programs. Check the box
that says "Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default
browser". Click OK. Close Internet Explorer and then start it up again. You
should then get a pop-up box that says somehting like "Internet Explorer is
not the default browser, do you want to to perform this check the next time
you start?" And then you should have a button or check box for not
performing this check again and making it the default browser.
