Is it possible to assign a find record control button to a particular field.
I want to set up a form record so that when the find button is clicked
whatever is currently shown in the relevant field
will be used to find the correct record, without the find dialogue box being
displayed. I also then want to place find next command button to go to the
next record in the case of duplicate surnames.
I hope someone can help as I'm rapidly running out of hair.

Have a Nice day
