  One of the folders within the Windows folder is the Profiles, folder, with
a folder in it for each user who has used the machine.  This includes not
just the user's settings, but the user's "My Documents" folder, etc.  So if
you use things like "My Documents", it will bloat up the size of your
Windows folder....
