Thanks, but you probably didn't notice that I said this setting was ALREADY
set up this way. IE5 is SUPPOSED to refresh *every* time I visit a web page
and even if it's not, with CTRL-F5 it SHOULD reload the whole page, but
nothing happens.
And YES, I downloaded every critical or important update on
www.windowsupdate.com so I really have NO idea of what's going on there.
This is not the typical "You forgot to click there" problem, if I might say.
So if you have any other idea, don't hesitate and write to me!
