NT has done this under various combinations of installed software. The first
step is to ask if Service Pack 3 has been installed. SP3 has fixed a number
of problems with Blue Screen failures. Is there antivirus software running?
What about Clean Sweep? A combination of both of these had cause problems
for me before SP3 was installed. Also check what video drivers are in use.
Strange as it may seem, bad video drivers can cause mysterious system
crashes on NT as well as Windows 95.

print either a web page or just get a hard copy of an email, the blue screen
of death arrives in all its glory. 95% of the time, there is no problem;
