Seems to me  that it is UDF incapability. Usual, very usual.
I use UDF format only temporary CD-RWs _attn_ rewritebles
for reading in same computer. Usually they don't work has expected
others.

What You can try is write single session finalized CD-R starting
from blank disk. finalized should be understand has 'make disk
readable on other  computers' in Eazy CD I think. If you had WinXP
I would recommend using XP build-in software - it is confusing
but better compatibility than Roxio EazyCD even having  licensed from
Roxio. Alternatively get Nero (there is trial). With it You must know
what you doing but it works better than anything what I have
encouraged.
