This is a most curious problem. Do you also have Netscape Communicator
on your computer, and, if so, is it designated as the default browser? I
don't
know, but perhaps if it is, that could interfere with a "piece" of Internet
Explorer
such as Outlook Express being designated the default e-mail program.
Just a thought (where do those pesky things come from anyway?....)
