Hello!
I don't like WinModems: they use some of the resources of your PC to do
their job (they do cost less because of that...). Anyway, you do have to
have an installation program for that particular modem (it'll probably put
an icon in Control Panel). Perhaps your invoice for the computer has the
manufacturer of the modem (I can't see that info from your  BIOS reading).
PCI bridge checks out as an unknown device on my computer also: works like a
charm though. Good luck!
