When I open Outlook Express version 5 (?) with IE5, Win98, I have a window below the message part which that appears to be a search window. It has its own scrolling arrows which will bring it up and down, but it won't go away. I can also drag it up and down but never all the way. I (the extreme newbie) would like some advice so I can finally see more of my message. I hope I have described it adequately. It is provided by MSN which is my ISP.

Thank you very much, Susan W. Gompf (aka: snoonie)
