Dear List: I have a client that enabled her content advisor on Microsoft Internet Explorer. She has since disable it, using the supervisor password she initially provided, and now receives a message that content advisor has been tampered with and cancels navigation to any website. She is not receiving an error message or denial of use of the supervisory password. Any ideas on how to fix this problem. Incidentally, I know there is no way around forgetting a password . . . I've never had it fail to accept changes. Windows 98 and MSIE 4.0 or so.
TIA,
Gina Hunkins, Georgia.
