Hello George,

If we knew which operating system you are using we could be more specific in
answering your question. If by "reload" you mean reinstall, it's not that
simple with Internet Explorer (IE). IE, which includes Outlook Express, is
an integral part of Windows and short of reinstalling Windows about the best
you can do is make Windows 'think' it isn't there. Then you can attempt to
reinstall it. Follow the links below for more information.

You can also have Windows check the integrity of it's system files. It's
possible that may help but again, for specifics we need to know your
operating system.

My 6.0 ver of Internet Explorer has become corrupted. I tried to reload
but get the message that IE is in use and to reboot.
After reboot I get the same message. Can't un install IE for some reason
so can't get a chance at a clean reinstall.
Any words of advice would be appreciated.
