It is my understanding that the "can't be repaired" reference in IE5 Repair
indicates there is a corrupt file(s). When this happened to me, I ran the
SFC (System File Checker) in System Tools/System Information/Tools (or just
Start/Run type "SFC" w/o quotes) and was able to repair the corruption.
