I am running Windows XP Home and every so often, a message pops up on my desktop that says the trojan horse downloader.9.bk is located in the following file and to run AVG to remove it: C/system volume information\-restore{421DB980-0407-487E-AB84-68D71352088E}\RP189\A0008843.exe
I have updated & run AVG several times along with the usual other programs such as Spybot S&D etc. Cannot get rid of this message even tho every program I have run shows no virus. Can someone please give me a clue???
