The Microsoft Antispyware is excellent. Using this, you can practically
eliminate all your other spyware software.

Although it's still in Beta form, it's now been out long enough to iron out
all likely bugs. I haven't heard of any problems with it, and it is
receiving many excellent reviews.

I've found it does the job of several other antispyware products which I
was previously using.

Another excellent product is the Ewido Security Suite at
http://www.ewido.net/en/. There are free and paid versions--you can read an
independent review of an earlier version here:
http://www.anti-trojan-software-reviews.com/review-ewido.htm.  I have
version 3.5 which seems to be much improved (not that there was much wrong
with the earlier versions).

There's a fully-functional trial version which is very user-friendly. The
paid version has both passive and Real-time protection, similar to the
Microsoft product.
