I had the Win protection error.  I got ms on the phone and she was trying to
troubleshoot.  She asked me what was in my autoexec.bat but said that share
shouldn't cause it.  After trying everything else I removed share and the
problem went away.  If you have share loaded take it out and see if that
fixes it.
