These programs are started by Windows as it boots. You must identify
where these programs are listed by Windows, it can be in the Win.ini,
System.ini, the Registry or in your Program's Startup Directory.
The easiest way to identify these and remove them is to use MSCONFIG
that is included with Windows98, clicking on the STARTUP Tab. In
Windows98, just click on START, RUN and type in MSCONFIG. This
will start the program.
If you have Windows95, (any version), you will need to add this file to your
system. You can download it from our web site at:
http://nospin.com/pc/files004.html
Just unzip the file and follow the instructions for installing it found in the file.
