This may be old news, but for those who paste long url's into an OE email and find the entire URL is
not pasted after sending, the following might help:

With Outlook Express open, click 'Tools / Options', then select the 'Send' tab.

Toward the bottom look for 'Mail sending format' and 'News sending format'. There are two buttons
for each, labeled 'HTML Settings' and 'Plain text settings'. Choose any of these buttons, but do the
following for each button:

Once you press the "(HTML or Plain text) settings" button, a window appears, and at the bottom of
the window you should see "Automatically wrap text at ## characters, when sending." The default ##
is usually set to 76, but can go as high as 132. I have mine set at 100, and my pasted URL's rarely
get cut off.

If you try this, remember to 'apply' it or it won't stick. Hope this is helpful for someone.
