Sometimes the icons do not work. I  am having a similar problem with my IE4.
I am able to browse using the menu bar but not by clicking on the icon
button. Similarly, the links do not work, but on using a shareware
'Moonwalker' I am able to access the favourites. Could reinstalling help? I
was too lazy to reinstall since I am getting work done.
