I have a Dell,Celeron 800mhz,40G,WinMe,IE6.00 & IE5.50, Outlook Express 6.0 & Norton AV 2002. Recently, on system shut down, it will not. Checking in Alt-Ctl-Del, there is a listing "msnupdate!@#@". When I end that task, the shut down is normal. If I don't end that task then I have to do a hard boot & of course, scan disk runs on the next bootup. There is no "msnupdate..." file on my hard disk, none on msconfig, startup. It only shows up in Alt-Ctl-Del, after I try to shut down. Any ideas? Thanks, Bill
