Hi Diana,

I did some quick research to your question at
Netgear's website.
http://www.netgear.com/support/main.asp
It lists your NIC as being XP compatible having the
drivers available on cd. Have you updated the drivers
by any chance? If not, check out their site, maybe you
can order it.
