Go here : www.inachis.com  Go to the downloads page and get e-Backup 1.42.
It is not freeware, but is worth the price. Install it on your old machine,
make a full backup of OE, copy the backup to cd, zip, or the like. Then
install e-Backup on your new OS, and run the restore, using the backup you
created. I backup OE weekly, myself.
