I have a customer who is disabled and uses a Logitec Trackball. The speed of
the cursor is too fast even though we has slowed it down as much as we can
using the Mouse Contol Panel.

Is there an .ini file or .sys file where I can tweak to slow down the cursor
movement even slower than the control panel settings?

Part of the problem may be that she has a 300 mhz Pentium II and the mouse
was probably designed in the last two or three years with out this speed in
mind. I've set her keyboard to use mousekeys for fine cusor control but it
would be better to just use the trackball if at all possible. Using both is
a pain and mousekeys by itself is too confusing for her.
