Is there a way (in Win98SE) to set up password protection to keep others
from running an executable program? I know that a folder password can be
set through the sharing dialog box. But how can a specific .exe program
(e.g. notepad.exe) be protected. At our University we have an instructor
who uses a private program to build his exams. He wants to make sure
students cannot access the program. I know I can put his work in a folder
and protect it - but I'm curious about how one might restrict execution of a
program.
