PSP.exe is (most likely) Paint Shop Pro. If you were using another
application to view pictures, this may have been accidentally associated
with .jpeg/.jpg files. You could reinstall the application, as this should
sort out the file associations. Depending on the application, it may have a
feature to restore file associations without a full reinstall.

If you were using Paint Shop Pro, my advice is pretty much the same -
reinstall it, or, if you can run it from the start - programs - menu entry
(so the exe file is still there), go into File - Preferences - File
associations.
