From client side they must be as ordinary HTML files. SHTML means
Server-side include Hypertext Markup Language file. File on server inclues
some aditional tags whish server changes usuall HTML .

For example in may homepage is file test.html

<HTML>
  <HEAD>
    <TITLE>Roxentest</TITLE>
  </HEAD>
  <BODY>
    Today is <DATE><P>
    SP  <DATE lang=es><P>
    FI  <DATE lang=fi><P>
    <P>
  </BODY>
</HTML>

If you go to address http://staff.ttu.ee/~toomas/test.html your browser
sees text

<HTML>
  <HEAD>
    <TITLE>Roxentest</TITLE>
  </HEAD>
  <BODY>
    Today is 18:14, March the 24th, 2001<P>
    SP  18:14, 24 de Marzo de 2001<P>
    FI  18:14, 24.3.2001<P>
    <P>
  </BODY>
</HTML>

Date ofcourse is different. If you want save them , save as HTML files.
