To restore the Quick Launch Toolbar, try this (assuming you are
running TweakUI):  Open TweakUI.  Open the IE4 Tab.  Scroll down and
put a check in the IE4 Enabled checkbox.  (At this point I don't
recall if a restart is necessary).  Right-click the toolbar.  The
toolbar menu should now be available.  Enable the Quick Launch
Toolbar.  Restart.  The Quick Launch Toolbar should be back in
business.  Apparently Microsoft did not incorporate the Quick Launch
Toolbar in IE5 as it did in IE4.
