To the best of my knowledge, Netscape wisely strips off any attachments
when you do a simple Forward or Reply to a message that contains any
attachment(s). If you really want to forward the attachment too, you can
always save it and attach it again to the 'new' message. Your new
message can be a Reply, Forward, or New message, etc. There may be other
ways to do what you're asking about, but that's the only way I know of.
