Yesterday my brother loaded Service Pack 2 to both my laptop and desk top.  This morning, I ran a Windows Update on both; on the desk top, I was up to date.  However, the message on my laptop indicated I needed  MC.NET Framework 1.0 Service Pack 3, English Version (Update 1 of 1). 

Why the difference in being up to date?  Both computers obviously use the same ISP and have Norton AV.
