Hi,

Something caught my eye reading this. Have you tried
physically moving your computer to your sister's house
and trying it over there? Especially in the evening
when you're having trouble at your place? I'm just
wondering if there's something happening outside of
the computer hookup that is maybe causing your
problem. Like people with sattelite TV having
problems in bad weather or having trees in the way of
their dish. Something distorting the signal that only
affects your computer because of it's physical
location and not your sister's.
