The print button (used to print the current page) on my toolbar simply does not work.  Also if I hit the file button (upper left) I get a drop down box that gives me a print option but it does not work either.  The Only way I can print anything is to 'highlight text then use the Edit - copy - word document - edit - paste special' ... then I can use the file - print I've always used in the past.  What's wrong and how do I fix it?  Thank you.  Norm
