Enter Registry (Start\Run and type in Regedit), highlight My computer in
Registry and simultaneously hit Ctrl+F keys, type ContextMenuHandlers in the
Dialog box and choose to search only Keys. Once you search these Keys you
will see under keys named ContextMenuHandlers something similar to FREE PORN
GALLERIES, just delete it (something similar to FREE PORN GALLERIES under
ContextMenuHandlers but not itself). Hope this help.

Does anyone know the trick of deleting an item from the Right Click
mouse menu? I had my grandson visiting two weeks ago and now I seem to have
acquired something that says
  <<<FREE PORN GALLERIES>>> on the right click. I am a 60 year old widow
and I do not visit this kind of site and it is so annoying to see that pop
up everytime I use the right click. PLEASE HELP!!!
