Hi Marianne,
Have you tried using the IE repair in "Add-Remove Programs" in control
panel? Highlight IE5, then click add/remove, there will be an option to
repair missing or corrupted files. This may solve your problem. Hopes this
helps.

I reinstalled IE 5.0 on a new systems and after several days of head
scratching frustration, I finally have it working. However I get this error
message whenever I click on a link from an e-mail. Anybody know what it
about and how to repair it?

"Internet Explorer 5 Setup
Command line option syntax error. Type Command /? for help."

TIA
Marianne Jelley
