Thanks everyone!
Just in case anyone needs to know:  I downloaded it, and just like
1.5, the Registry Cleaner works, but none of the other parts work at
all.  I suspect that it has something to do with my Hebrew Localized
Win95.
If anyone's interested, I can post a copy of my note to the author,
with some more details.
Just out of curiosity:  Has anyone gotten the rest of it to run on
localized (not enabled) Hebrew or Arabic Win95?
