I have scanned a photograph and saved it as a psd file in Photoshop 5.0
I want to make the background of my selected subject black. I know I can do
this manually with a paint brush but this is a tedious process that doesn't
always produce a clean transition between the subject and the background.
Is there a easier way to do this...some way to select the subject and use
the paint bucket to color the background ? Step by step please .

Thanks
m
