My neighbor is having a very difficult problem installing Go Back on his
new Gateway computer.

We are trying to install version 5.1.260 with the latest patch and it
continually locks up his computer. We have even tried it in Safe Mode
with the same results.

We have disabled Windows Restore, Zone Alarm and AVG anti virus
suspecting that the might be causing the problem. He is using Windows XP
Home with SP-2.

Any one have any suggestions?
