At the top of each message from PCSOFT are the message "headers" (which
contain lines like the From:, To:, Subject:, Date:, and other lines).

One of the header lines that is always there is this line:

List-Archive: <http://listserv.icors.org/SCRIPTS/WA-ICORS.EXE?LIST=PCSOFT>

The link (what's inside of the brackets) will send you to the PCSOFT
archives.
(There is also a header line with a link that will unsubscribe you from
PCSOFT.) Note that if you change "PCSOFT" in the above link to "PCBUILD",
you'll have the link to the PCBUILD archives.

Unfortunately, Microsoft seems to have Outlook Express set up to suppress
most of the header lines when displaying messages. Someone else will have
to tell us how to get OE to display the suppressed header lines.

Note that adding information lines to the headers has been a common
practice for most mailing lists since long before Windows 95 came along.

Regards,
Bill
