Yes, I, too, have experienced extremely extended download times.  I finally
went directly to the site, outside of the AV program, and downloaded the
update that way.  Once done, I moved the file into the appropriate Grisoft
folder and then rebooted.  I started AVG and it found the update and asked
if I wanted to install it, which I did.  Seemed like a better way to get the
update, at least this time.

I use the AVG antivirus by GRISOFT and have been satisfied by it, and update
once a month. For the last week I have not been able to update as the
download is slow and requires more than one hour. Have any other been
experiencing the same problem, and if so is there any solution?
